Kley's Basement Session Vol. 1

This project started during April of 2020, when the whole world shut down, when everyone was either at home, sick, or doing everything possible to help the sick. I decided to come up with some short grooves on the bass, record them and later add drums, synths, piano. Then I asked Baritone Saxophonist Anna Blackmore to record some parts in July 2020. I mixed, mastered and released this project in August of 2020. I decided to revisit these mixes during summer of 2021, adding a few layers and mixing and mastering again. I re-released the new version of the EP in August of 2021. This is a super DIY, experimental project.
